Noticed this bug on/inside of my jeans. Do you know what it could be and if it's harmful? This is the best picture I could take with my phone. (Note: the white "fuzz" is the toilet paper I placed it on)

I can see no identifying features on this object. Unless you saw it actually moving, I suspect that it could be a plant seed of some kind...
