Succulent classification Question

I have a succulent in my garden that I am trying to classify. It is 3" in diameter. I believe it is a sempervivum. There aren't hens and chicks on it when it duplicates, but are full smaller versions on the stem. It is pale green with pointed pink tips. See photo.
Family? Genus? Species?
