So, every year my cucumber vines grow aggressively over the top of my trellis. This year the longest vine is only 12" and the shortest is about 6". There are flowers, tiny fruit, and one 4" long cuke despite the dwarfed vines. What would cause such a thing? I am in Boston zone 6, planted them late probably June. Any ideas?
