After 41 years in Anchorage AK, we moved to Sun City West, AZ (2013) .This is a retirement community and we joined the Ag club.. We have a 28x40 ft. plot and have been trying different crops for two years. One fun thing I planted sweet potatoes first time. In a 4x10 ft. raised bed, I planted 7 slips, now I have vines growing up te 7ft. cage, I have been stacking vines for months now. They are over 3 ft. high, time to harvest.
