I have these seeds and want to grow some new plants. How can I germinate the seeds and when? alday

Seeds of Tecoma stans don't require cold treatment and generally germinate quickly, so you might want to wait until spring to start them. If you plant them in damp seed-starting mix, cover them with about 1/16 inch of it, and keep them warm, they probably will pop up within ten days or so. I often trim the wings off seeds which have them to make sowing easier.
