Hi, Are these all the same kind of bee and what kind are they? I noticed a noise in my wall and noticed they are living in my house. Am I in a big mess or what?

These appear to be an introduced species of paper wasp, Polistes dominula; they often construct their nests within structures. See http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/dominulus-or-european-paper-wasp for detailed information.
