I live in Berkeley California. My downhill neighbors have graciously agreed to remove a black Acacia which will soon block our magnificent view of the bay. We want to replace it with a low --10 to 15 foot -- evergreen tree (ie, not deciduous, but not necessarily a conifer). Anyone have some suggestions?
