Found this one crawling on the shop floor. Overall length around 2 inches. Are the front legs adapted for a special purpose?

It's a mole cricket, likely a northern mole cricket (Neocurtilla hexadactyla) - https://www.marylandbiodiversity.com/viewSpecies.php?species=8176
