Can anyone tell me what kind of caterpillar this is? Found in Georgia. Thanks!
CLOSED: Caterpillar ID needed
Not a caterpillar but a beetle (mature larva or wingless female) in the family Phengodidae (railroad beetles/glowworms). These strange creatures appear to feed primarily on large millipedes. See http://entomology.ifas.ufl.edu/creatures/misc/beetles/glow-worms.htm
