Specimen 1 - body length ~10mm. It came out a bag of peanuts opened well after the expiry date.
Specimen 2 - wing span well over 2 inches.

The first moth is not in good enough condition for me to hazard a specific i.d. – there are several species of moth whose larvae can infest a wide variety of dry stored food products; see https://www.catseyepest.com/pest-library/pantry-pests/moths/mediterranean-flour-moth for an example.
Your second moth is a polyphemus moth (Antheraea polyphemus) – see https://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/species/Antheraea-polyphemus
