Please help me identify this weed!! I have been walking my dog in a specific area of California, he runs through this field and gets green sappy leafs stuck to his fur. Whatever this plant is it smells so strong, almost like perfume and lasts for days. I have google searched and I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated. I also would like to know if it's poisonous if ingested by my dog
Looks like Salvia Gracias plant. Maybe?
