Please help identify spider and is it venomous?

Brownsville, TX

Found it inside of my TV port along with another spider that was dead. Pictures are not the best because I took them with my phone. BTW I live in South Texas.

I cannot positively identify this spider from these images, but I can tell that it is not in the family Uloboridae (the only spiders lacking venom glands), so therefore, it would, at least in the technical sense, be considered venomous. That aside, it does not appear to be anything dangerous to humans - see the 'sticky' on spider bites at the head of this forum.
