What\'s this insect? Are my succulents safe?

I'm getting a lot of these insects hanging around my screen door and balcony wall. Can someone help me identify what it is?
Will it hurt my succulents- so far they seem okay... Any idea how to find the insects a new home?

These are small mayflies (order Ephemeroptera); completely harmless...
