I'm interested in growing bamboo for the zoo in Lansing. I'm wondering if anyone can advise on where to plant and what breed you might recommend. I know bamboo is invasive but I have 3.5 acres and many places where I could plant and keep it away from the gardens. Thanks for any suggestions.
