I've been seeing these all over the exterior of my house in the past couple of months & am wondering if I should destroy them or not, depending upon whether they're considered pests or not. It seems like a cocoon of sorts. It's actually pretty soft & fibrous, compared to how it appears, and the inside is filled with a silky, cottony material. Any ideas?
