The westerland has some leaves showing black spots i think, and buda that won't open or are opening up diseased and crooked while another bud on the same little plant bloomed healthy and nice. I have another rose in the same area, a sunny knock out that had a thrip problem that appears to have gone after a bayer rose spray application. My question is whether this westerland problem is thrips, black spot related or something else. The unopened buda don't show the tell tale signs of thrips in the same way as the sunny knock out did.
Thrips, black spot fungus or something else
