Image quality of the first spiders is not sufficient for a positive i.d. - my best guess is that one of them might be a wall spider (Oecobius sp.), see https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/74/Oecobius_sp.jpg for an image.
The condition of the larger spider is such that I cannot see the diagnostic features needed for identification...
