Link back to original PlantFiles entry from Journal?

Question: is it possible to go to the PlantFiles entry for a plant in my Journal? I added the journal entry FROM the PlantFiles entry, so there must be a link there, but I can't find a link BACK TO the PlantFiles entry. Help?!

Why this matters to me: I regularly want to refer back to the main plant info page on plants in my garden. Why am I keeping the journal online if I can't link things up together?

You might say: "Geesh, quit whining, just do a search for it." HA! The search feature leaves *much* to be desired. If I search for the exact words copied from the PlantFiles entry to my journal, I get 0 search results, whether searching in the global field or in the advanced search page (by genus, species, cultivar). This happens time and again, where I have a plant I *know* is in PlantFiles, but the darned search simply won't find it. Ggrrrrrrr (Last item I searched for: Phalaris arundinacea 'Strawberries and Cream')

Are you clicking the "View" link to the far right of the journal entry? If you click the photo thumbnail you're viewing the entry in "external view", the same as if you share the journal and someone else is looking at it. In external view the link to Plant Files is missing, which is really stupid programming as it does nothing to promote the DG website.
