I am seeing 2 types of bugs all over the underside of my serviceberry tree. One is groups of white fuzzy green bugs. The other are little black fly bugs. See pictures. Anyone know what these are and how to get rid of them?

The white fuzzy thingies might be mealy bugs; the black critter is a winged aphid. Try an application of an insecticidal soap.
