Very hairy tufted caterpillar
Tussock moth caterpillars in the genus Orgyia; see http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=8312 for an example...
western tussock moth, Orgyia vetusta, formerly Hemerocampa vetusta
Did a Google image search for Hairy Tufted Caterpillar and found this. As usual Flapdoodle beat me to it. Thanks Flapdoodle for your knowledge.
