Can anyone tell me what kind of insect this is? It was in Canton, GA on the outside of a door. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

This an exuvium (shed 'skin') of a mayfly subimago (stage between the nymph and adult) - mayflies are the only insect that molts after attaining its wings.
