First off, the ID may not be right as the ID was tentative from my ID thread on this shrub. The shrub is probably in too much shade but does get sun in the late afternoons. As you can see there is still no indication of flowering and the branches are very wavy which I would assume isnt normal. Any help or insight on the ID or issue would be very welcome and appreciated.
anyone have any idea on the shrubs problem?
