Seen quite a few of these... What are they?

There are spiders in at least three families that can have an appearance similar to this one. My best guess is that it is a long-legged sac spider in the family Eutichuridae - see http://www.spiders.us/species/cheiracanthium-mildei/#more_pictures

They usually have a light transparent greenish yellow hue. This one looks more yellow.

Please be aware that many spider species can exhibit quite a range in color patterns - in quite a few instances, the only way of being certain of an i.d. is through examination of specific body parts under magnification.
