These spiders have been living in my window between the glass and screen for a year now and I have never been able to find what they were. There are a good 30 in the window that I can see, they range from about 0.5 to 1.5cm across including legs and have many egg sacs.

Thus is a comb-footed/cobweb spider (family Theridiidae), possibly in the genus Cryptachaea. Although these are in the same family as the redback spider, they not dangerous to humans.
