Hello all,
My name is Ray; I joined in hopes that someone can successfully identify the spider in the pictures I have taken below (my guess is, it's a male black widow, but I'm no spider expert):
Spider Identification
These images are not clear enough for me to be absolutely certain, but this appears to be a female theridiid (same family as the black widow) in the genus Steatoda. Some species in this genus can deliver a very painful bite, but they are not dangerous to humans.
