I love north of Chicago and keep finding this type of spider in my house. What kind is this? All help much appreciated!

I just saw the response of the yellow sac spider. I have seen a couple of these over the last few days inside my house. Should I hire someone to help eliminate these from my condo? Or what's the best way to handle this. My wife and I are expecting a baby soon and I don't want to have this problem.

These spiders should pose no threat - if you really don't want them around, simply swat or vacuum them up. I see no need to call in any heavy artillery...
