hi,
i found this spider when i was cheeking my bee hive , so it seem to be venomous , any one has idea about it ?

This is a crab spider (family Thomisidae); it looks like Synaema globosum, sometimes known as the Napoleon spider - see http://uksafari.com/napoleon_spiders.htm
These spiders do have venom glands and thus technically could be called venomous, but they are harmless to humans.
