I am unsure whether or not you may have more than one type of spider there - I'm pretty sure that the brown one in the second image is a cobweb spider in the genus Steatoda; the others may be as well if they were found in shelter of some kind (webs not out in the open). The abdominal pattern of one in the fourth image somewhat resembles that of an orb weaver in the genus Larinioides, but those spiders construct an orb web on the outside of structures.
