Found this guys ( A bit squished because of my natural tendency to rid insects from my room) but it's brownish black with cream/white upper leg area and the bottom half of the legs all brown.
surprisingly he had 7 legs but I believe he lost it along the way from outdoors.
about the size of an adult thumbnail.
I cannot make an i.d. from this image - a true expert on Australian spiders (which I am not) might have a go at it...
