We are situated in Fuerteventura and I am concerned that my Hibiscus may have given up , it has been quite happy for 3 years but over the last 2 months has shed all its leaves, but does still have small green leaves shooting.
I am not watering it any more or less than the last 3 years , any advice most welcome.
DSC9281 shows the plant location , it is in shade a lot of the time this time of year as we are a south facing house and is located behind the Aloe just to the left of the AZ
Thank you
Has my Hibiscus had it?
I've seen the tropical hibiscus "give up the ghost" spontaneously before but you do have green leaves on your plant. Give it a bit of time to recover, if it will, and see what happens. Maybe watch the watering very closely as it may be overwatered or have been hit by a brief cold snap.
Many thanks , we did have a cold snap ,will keep an eye out over the coming weeks
