Help with Primula

Hello!

I have this flower and I think it's Primula. My problem with it is that after one day I received it, it stared to fade away.

Could someone help me with a tip?

Looks thirsty...so I would give it some water....was it obtained from a cold or unheated greenhouse? if so, it may be shocked if it is now inside in a heated space....you could also carefully take it out of the pot with the roots intact and look at the root system as well as the stem where it meets the soil... you may find an insect problem or some damage or pathogen at stem or roots
