I would appreciate the ID of this slug. I presume it is an imported slug to New Zealand

I cannot provide a specific identification, but it definitely is an introduced species. All slug species native to New Zealand only have one pair of tentacles on their 'head' and also have a leaf-vein like pattern on their back - see http://www.terrain.net.nz/friends-of-te-henui-group/local-snails-slugs-worms/common-slug.html
