These things always crawl around in our concrete driveway during the early spring months, are mostly brown, black, and rarely dark green, and appear to not grow any bigger than 2 inches. I tried taking a picture of one. I tried doing some research and came up with a millipede of some sorts, but any clarification?
Looks like a flat-backed millipede....
