Pls help. There is this white-fungus like think on my dracena plant. What is it and how to kill it pls? It is slowly killing my plant.

It looks like a mealy bug infestation. Common on tropical houseplants. Commercial insecticidal soap will kill them. There are some home recipes on line. I do not know what is available in your location.

Thanks for your response. I washed the whole plant and cleaned it from the infestation. Next day sprayed neem oil solution. Looks good so far

This bug can become a stubborn problem.. If you have other house plants I suggest examining them carefully. By the time the usual symptoms are observed there is a sizeable infestation going on. Neem will work. You should treat the plant at least two times to kill the insect as the eggs hatch. Be sure to spray the soil surface as well.
