This is a photo of a fly I took in Chicago on June 29, 2016. I can't find it in any of my insect guides. I would appreciate any help identifying this insect.

This is a signal fly (family Platystomatidae) in the genus Rivellia - see https://www.flickr.com/photos/8583446@N05/20540947225 for an example.
