Could use some help from the DG community. I'm buying an existing tropical seed store called the "Banana Tree." However, the reviews on DG show there's a lot of work to do---customer service particularly. I'm confident I can fix those issues by working hard and taking care of my customers. So I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what they would like to see from the new store? A difficult to come by palm, heliconia, or a rare edible? Any feedback would be most helpful as I try to restart the company!
