I found this spider in my house in Liverpool, England. I thought it might have a bit of a false widow looking body so wanted some advice from the experts!
It is allot smaller than the pics make out (zoomed in with camera lense).

This one is a bit of a puzzler (for me, at least); it does not appear to be a false widow, and although it bears at least a superficial resemblance to long-jawed orb weavers in he genus Meta (see http://m2.i.pbase.com/o9/55/819955/1/161072932.EhpLlewq.MetaovalisCaveOrbWeaverspecies.jpg for an example), those spiders usually are found in caves, mines, or dark cellars. A clear view of its eye pattern would be helpful...
