CLOSED: Looks like cricket, roach and spider, who\'s the daddy?
It's a long-horned wood-boring beetle (family Cerambycidae); not sure of exact species, may come back to this later...

I now believe that this is a lesser pine borer, Acanthocinus nodosus -
