I shined a light on a "grey patch" on the wall outside thinking it was just dirt and realized they were tiny little bugs. Can't tell if they have 8 legs, or 6 legs w/ antennae. Each one about 1 mm in size, all holding completely still. Surrounding some kind of "nest?"
Central Oklahoma, ~75 degrees, found at night.

This appears to be an egg mass of an assassin bug, such as a wheel bug (http://www.natureblog.org/wp-content/files/2/2013/12/wheelbug_eggs220688_s.jpg), along with newly hatched nymphs...
