The legs of the winged insect are orange, if you can help me I'd really appreciate it. I live in Toronto, ontario

The first one is a true bug (order Hemiptera, suborder Heteroptera); image not clear enough for a positive i.d.. might be a chinch bug or close relative - http://www.assuregreenlawn.com/turf-damaging-bugs/
The second one looks like an ichneumon wasp, a very large family all of whise members are parasitic on other arthropods...
