I am new to tea trees, but not new to exotic plants, etc. What tea tree is used to make silver tip tea, I understand it is extremely rare or extremely difficult to make, but what tea tree is used for silver tip tea? Also what tea tree is the Gyokuro Tea, which is planted and made in Uji, Japan?

As I understand it, it's Camelia Sinensis unopened leaf tips. Many 'different' teas are made from this plant, including green, white and Jasmine too. The difference is in the preparation and/or the part of the plants used. Here's a link:
