Oregonian here. Keep finding these aggressive little jerks. Wondering what they are? Distinctive, Tarantula-like body. Guessing Funnel-Web?

This looks like a male trap-door spider; they often wander about looking for mates whereas the females seldom are seen outside of their burrows. They are not at all dangerous to humans, and I believe that what you think is aggression actually is their defensive behavior towards a perceived threat...
