This spiders been around my room awhile there a nest of them I'm in Oregon please help

This is a male cobweb spider in the genus Steatoda, likely Steatoda grossa. Sometimes called 'false widow spiders,' the females can deliver a very painful (personal experience) but not dangerous bite - http://spiderhugger.com/meet-the-spider-steatoda-grossa/
