Cannot see any useful diagnostic features in this image - that aside, its overall posture suggests a wolf spider...

Thanks. Are they dangerous? I've found 2 of them in my home in the last week.

Not at all dangerous to humans, although large specimens can deliver a painful bite if mishandled (they are not aggressive towards humans)...
