i found it under some wood, its maybe 4 cm long hope the pics are good..

Thank you! but the pattern is so weird if you look upside down it lookes like an alien and if you turn it looks like a monkey.. can the patterns be diffrent? and does it eat ants?

Like humans, most spider species can exhibit a good deal of individual variation in their color patterns. I doubt that a specimen this large would bother with ants...

This looks much more like a Domestic House Spider (otherwise known as a Barn Funnel Weaver).
I have a fairly large female myself.
If you plan to keep it; refrain from feeding her ants. They may bite back and cause some serious damage. 2cm crickets would be best.
They prefer dark, dry places. To give them water simply damp a small piece of paper towel and place it beside the entrance to the hide.

I still believe that this spider more likely is a giant house spider (Eratigena atrica) in that I cannot see any sign of the rings usually seen in Tegenaria domestica...
