Hi everyone , can anyone tell me Id of this insect .I found this in my garden.Is it harmful for the plant. Kindly zoom in the image for clear bug pic.

It's a stink bug (family Pentatomidae). Most species with that general appearance are plant feeders and some can be serious pests. There also are predatory species, but these usually have sharper 'shoulders', and they can stick their 'beak' out in front of their head; plant feeders cannot do this.
