I live right next to a jungley type area at the University of Florida. This spider had two white things near its mouth and they were moving a lot. Also was kinda jumpy. Kinda small maybe 1/4-1/3 of an inch. Does anyone know what it is? I'm freaked the hell out right now.
CLOSED: This spider was in my dorm room!

I cannot see enough detail on your image to hazard an i.d., but from your description, it most likely would be a jumping spider in the family Salticidae (the moving 'white things' would be its pedipalps, short leg-like structures on either side of its mouthparts. These spiders are harmless to humans.

Would it be kinda like this because all the pictures are so different and I don't know if any of them look similar because it was small

That is typical for a jumping spider. For more examples, see http://www.pbase.com/tmurray74/jumping_spiders_salticidae
