Live in Cincinnati Ohio. We live right on a wood line and these guys hang out on our wooden deck. What are they??

This looks like a fishing spider (family Pisauridae) in the genus Dolomedes. These are close relatives of wolf spiders, and like them, are active hunters that do not spin a capture web; they are not dangerous to humans.
