house surrounded by trees, but is this regular spider or venomous?

A theridiid; possibly a brown widow. Like the vast majority of spiders (see the 'sticky' at the top of this forum), it is venomous, but reportedly not as dangerous as the black widow - http://www.spiders.us/species/latrodectus-geometricus/#more_pictures
