A more clearly focused image of both the dorsal (top) and lateral (side) aspects of this insect would be most helpful. As it is, I am having difficult time telling whether the structures paralleling its abdomen are the femora of jumping legs (as in a cricket) or folded wings (as in a wasp)...

Those look like legs to me, but I don't know what the insect is.
